September 2024: Taking Ownership of Window Dudes
Window Dudes had been serving Springfield since 2005 — nearly two decades of local trust and solid work. Vince bought the company in September 2024, but he didn't come into it cold: he'd already spent 20+ years as a contractor and owned contracting businesses of his own. This wasn't someone buying a trade business from the outside — it was a tradesman taking over a shop he understood. When he took ownership, the company was still operating like a small mom-and-pop shop: paper invoices, fax machine, no digital systems, and no standardized processes.
Vince modernized the operation from the ground up:
